Pros: Being a fully remote Associate Product Manager is a big pro for the medical device industry. It's great to skip the commute and handle personal stuff easily during the day. This work-from-home setup helps a lot with everyday tasks.
Cons: True flexibility with hours isn't really a thing. You're expected to be online 9-5 PM EST, even for remote roles. It can feel like you're still tied to an office schedule, just at home.
Advice to Management: Consider allowing more asynchronous work or flexible core hours for remote employees. It would really improve morale and actual work-life balance.

Pros: You get to learn a lot, especially being new to the medical device industry. The hybrid work setup in the Ahmedabad office is a definite plus for work-life balance. My immediate team was always supportive and collaborative.
Cons: The company culture can feel a bit old-school sometimes. There's a lot of top-down decision making, which can be frustrating. Transparency from upper management isn't always there for Clinical Research Associate roles.
