Work-Life Balance Varies, Decent Agency Experience
Pros: I learned a lot about digital marketing campaigns and client management here. The hybrid work model, with a few WFH days, was a nice perk for a Digital Marketing Specialist. It's a solid place to get agency experience.
Cons: Work-life balance can be really hit or miss. Some weeks you're easily pulling 50+ hours, especially if you're in a demanding client services role in the Detroit office. It's hard to avoid burnout when things get busy.
Advice to Management: Try to better manage client expectations and resource allocation. It would help prevent burnout among employees, especially those in demanding client services positions.

Decent place, but culture has ups and downs.
Pros: I liked my immediate team; they were super collaborative. We handled big projects, especially in the automotive industry, which was great experience. The hybrid model was a decent perk, two days in office felt okay.
Cons: The overall company culture can feel a bit cliquey sometimes, especially cross-departmentally. There's a lot of focus on billable hours, which makes it tough to connect outside of client work. Sometimes leadership feels a bit disconnected from daily agency life.
Advice to Management: Try to foster more cross-team collaboration and social events. It'd help break down silos in the Detroit office and improve the overall agency vibe.

Hybrid model needs work, decent benefits
Pros: I liked the team culture in the Detroit office; most colleagues are genuinely nice. The health benefits are solid, which is a big plus. As a Junior Account Manager, you do get to learn a lot about the digital marketing industry.
Cons: Work flexibility is a real struggle here. The hybrid model is pretty rigid; you can't really shift your in-office days easily. Remote work isn't fully embraced, especially for client-facing roles, so it feels like you're always tied to the office.
Advice to Management: Consider revisiting the hybrid policy. Giving employees, especially in roles like Junior Account Manager, more true remote work flexibility would really help improve morale and retention. It feels too rigid right now.
