Pros: I've learned a ton working on diverse digital transformation projects as an IT Consultant. The team in the Lisbon office is supportive, which really helps when things get hectic. There's good exposure to the telecommunications industry.
Cons: Work-life balance gets tough sometimes. Deadlines for these corporate clients can be pretty intense. You'll often work more than standard 40 hours a week to hit project milestones, and there's not much remote flexibility.
Advice to Management: Try to manage project scope better for your consulting teams. It's hard to avoid burnout when deadlines are always pushing us so hard. More consistent WFH options would be great too.

Pros: The company does offer a decent hybrid model, which is a big plus for a Software Engineer like me. Being able to work remote from Lisbon a couple of days a week is really helpful for personal stuff.
Cons: True work flexibility can be tough sometimes, especially on tight telecom projects. You often need to be in the Lisbon office more than you'd like. The hybrid schedule isn't always consistent across all teams, which is frustrating.
Advice to Management: Try to standardize the hybrid work policy across all departments and projects. Clearer guidelines on remote versus in-office days would make a huge difference for employee morale and planning.

Pros: You get to work on some pretty complex telecom projects, which is great for building your tech skills. The teams are usually pretty solid, and the environment in the Lisbon office is collaborative. There's good exposure to enterprise-level software.
Cons: Job security can be a real worry here, especially as an IT consultant on specific contracts. When a big project wraps up, there's often uncertainty about your next role. It doesn't always feel like there's a long-term plan for everyone, which is tough.
Advice to Management: Try to be more transparent with employees, especially when projects are nearing their end. More clear communication about redeployment or future roles would really help ease a lot of anxiety and improve job security perception.
