Okay Pay, Benefits Could Use a Boost
Pros: The base pay for a Software Engineer here in London was pretty solid. It's a decent salary, especially considering it's in the logistics software space. Standard health insurance is provided, which is good.
Cons: But the full benefits package really isn't competitive. Pension matching is just average, and there aren't many extra perks. You won't find the kind of bonuses or unique benefits other tech firms offer.
Advice to Management: Look at enhancing the total compensation package, especially non-salary benefits. Competitive retirement plans and some unique perks would really help attract and keep talent in the competitive London tech scene.

Tough to grow as a Software Engineer here
Pros: You'll get solid experience with different delivery solutions. It's a stable mid-sized company in logistics tech. The Oslo office environment is pretty chill.
Cons: Career growth for a Software Engineer feels really slow. There aren't many clear paths up, especially for senior roles. You pretty much stay in your lane without much new project exposure.
Advice to Management: Create clearer growth paths for engineering roles and invest in more internal training programs.
