Pros: I really liked the team at TechSwivel. Everyone was pretty helpful, especially my fellow Software Engineers. The hybrid work model gave us good flexibility, which was a plus for work-life balance.
Cons: Leadership can be really inconsistent here. There's not much clear direction for project managers or even engineering leads, which makes daily tasks tough. For a tech startup, they're still figuring out basic processes and often change their minds.
Advice to Management: Work on developing a clearer vision and better communication strategies for project execution. Empower your mid-level managers more and give them the tools they need.
