Embedded Software Engineer
3.0
27 December 2025
Okay for stability, but flexibility is tough.
Pros: I've been working on automotive electronics for a while here. The job security is solid for an Embedded Software Engineer, which is a big plus. You get decent benefits and the teams are generally pretty collaborative.
Cons: Work flexibility here is really tough, especially in the Nuremberg office. There aren't many remote options available, even for software development roles. It's mostly an onsite requirement, which makes work-life balance tricky sometimes.
Advice to Management: Consider offering more hybrid or remote options for technical roles, especially in software development. It would greatly improve employee morale and help attract top talent in automotive electronics.
