Pros: The team in the Andover office is really supportive. I've learned a lot from my immediate colleagues, especially about older systems. It's a stable mid-sized company with a decent benefits package, which is a plus.
Cons: Career growth for a Software Engineer feels pretty stagnant here. There aren't many clear paths for promotion or moving into new areas of logistics automation. Training on new technologies is limited, so upskilling is mostly on your own time.
Advice to Management: Invest more in employee development and create clearer career progression frameworks for technical roles. Offer more opportunities for training in modern software stacks.
