Pros: The health benefits are pretty solid, actually. We get good dental and vision coverage which is a plus, especially working remote from Toronto. It's nice that they offer some wellness perks too, for a mid-sized tech company.
Cons: Base pay for Account Executive roles feels a bit low for the SaaS industry, to be honest. Commission structure can be tough to hit targets sometimes, so overall compensation isn't always what you'd hope for. There's not much room for negotiation on salary when you start.
Advice to Management: Re-evaluate base salaries for sales positions to be more competitive in the current SaaS market. Make the commission plan clearer and more achievable.
