Cons: Work flexibility is pretty tough at Intertek India. We were mostly expected in the Bengaluru office, even after the pandemic. There isn't a strong WFH policy across the board for many testing and inspection teams.
Advice to Management: Management should seriously look at a better hybrid model for more roles. A consistent WFH policy would help a lot with employee morale and work-life balance for those in testing and certification.
