Growth Potential is a Bit Stagnant Here
Pros: You get solid hands-on experience as a Junior Software Engineer, which is great for building initial skills. There are definitely smart people in the Bengaluru office to learn from, helping new hires understand the tech industry.
Cons: Career growth feels pretty unstructured. It's tough to see a clear path for promotions, and you often have to really push for new responsibilities yourself. The opportunities to move up aren't always clear for engineering roles.
Advice to Management: Establish clearer promotion criteria and career pathways for all roles, especially within software development. Invest more in mentorship and professional development programs to help employees grow.
