Pros: As a Retail Sales Associate in the Dubai office, the base salary is pretty good compared to other places in the retail industry. You can count on getting paid reliably. Employee discounts on their brands are a nice perk.
Cons: The benefits overall aren't great. Health insurance is just okay, and there isn't much in terms of a robust retirement plan. For a large corporate like Landmark Group, I expected more comprehensive perks.
Advice to Management: Focus on enhancing the overall benefits package for all employees. Better health coverage and more comprehensive retirement options would really help with retention in this competitive retail market.

Pros: As a Merchandise Planner, you get tons of retail industry exposure. It's solid for career learning in the GCC market. Job security is definitely there at this large corporate.
Cons: The company culture feels really traditional. It's tough to get new ideas heard or implemented, even in the Dubai office. There's a lot of hierarchy and slower decision-making.
Advice to Management: Try to encourage more fresh thinking. Give teams more freedom. Update communication to feel less top-down.
