Pros: The job security is solid, which is good for an established corporate company like GROHE. I had a decent team in the Piscataway, NJ office, and the hybrid work schedule was okay.
Cons: Career growth felt stagnant for my Supply Chain Coordinator role. There just aren't many opportunities to move up, even if you perform well in the plumbing fixtures industry. Progression really isn't a priority here.
Advice to Management: Management needs to create clear career progression frameworks for employees, especially for core operational roles. It'd really help with retention if people could see a future.
