Pros: I appreciate that some of the senior folks really know their stuff in the IoT security field. It's solid to have the option for hybrid work from the Warsaw office. My direct manager was usually pretty good about supporting us Technical Support Specialist roles.
Cons: But there's a huge gap between top leadership and what we actually do. It feels like they don't quite get the daily challenges. Communication about big changes is often really poor, leaving everyone guessing.
Advice to Management: Listen to your frontline teams more. Improve transparency on decisions and communicate changes clearly. Empower mid-level managers better.
