Working here as a Business Development Executive in the travel technology industry has been a solid experience. The team in Gurugram is really supportive, and I've learned a ton about the B2B travel market. There are always opportunities to take on new responsibilities and grow my skillset, especially in client relationship management and market strategy. It feels like a stable environment where you can develop.
While generally good, sometimes the approval processes for new initiatives or deals can be a bit slow, which can impact client response times. It would be great if these could be streamlined. Also, during peak seasons, the workload can get pretty intense, requiring longer hours. It's manageable but something to be aware of in this onsite role.
Focus on streamlining internal approval workflows to empower the sales and BD teams to respond quicker to market opportunities and reduce potential bottlenecks.
