Plus, the hybrid work setup in Bengaluru is a big plus for work-life balance, allowing both office connection and focus time at home.
Cons: It's not all perfect, of course. Some internal processes can feel a bit slow, especially when you need approvals from multiple teams, which can sometimes delay project timelines. Also, we do have occasional demanding periods with tight deadlines, which can temporarily impact your work-life balance. It's manageable, but it's something to be aware of.
