Pros: The company culture is pretty solid, people are friendly and supportive. There's a decent focus on member experience, which makes the day-to-day engaging for a Community Manager. I appreciate the energy in the Mumbai office.
Cons: Work-life balance can be tough, especially for an onsite Community Manager role. You're often tied to the office for long hours, and sometimes have to work weekends. It's hard to truly disconnect when you're managing member issues constantly.
Advice to Management: Find ways to better support Community Managers with their workload, especially concerning evening and weekend responsibilities. It's tough being on call so much in the co-working industry.

Pros: The team culture in the Bengaluru office is usually pretty solid. You get to meet a lot of interesting people working in a shared office environment. Sometimes there's a little wiggle room to adjust your daily start/end times if you finish tasks, which is nice.
Cons: For a Community Manager, you're pretty much always onsite. True WFH options are very limited, which is tough if you're looking for a hybrid model. It's not the best for work-life balance if you need consistent work flexibility.
Advice to Management: Try to find ways to offer more remote or flexible shifts for operational roles. Even one WFH day a week would help a lot with employee morale and work-life balance for people in the coworking space.

Cons: It's tough to keep up with the constant events and member requests. Sometimes you're really pushed, and a solid 40-hour week isn't always the reality. The pressure to hit occupancy targets can be high.
Advice to Management: Management should really look into better staffing for the community teams. Help us manage the workload so we don't burn out. More support for onsite teams would make a huge difference.
