Pros: I've really enjoyed my time at VIATechnik. It's a fantastic company if you're into construction technology and BIM services. The learning opportunities are constant; you work with cutting-edge VDC tools. My colleagues in Chicago are super supportive, making work engaging. Projects are challenging.
Cons: It gets pretty busy sometimes, especially with tight deadlines, leading to occasional long hours. The fast pace is exciting but can be demanding. Communication could be smoother between teams to avoid overlap.
Advice to Management: Keep fostering those learning opportunities and continue investing in new technologies. Maybe look into streamlining inter-team communication a bit more to reduce friction and help manage workload during peak times.
