Cons: Work-life balance is still a challenge; expect 50-60 hour weeks regularly, especially when client deadlines hit. There's a subtle pressure to always be available, making it tough to truly disconnect even with the hybrid setup.
Advice to Management: Management should really try to enforce boundaries for project teams and encourage time off. We need to normalize not responding to emails at 10 PM.
