Okay Balance, But Can Get Hectic
Pros: As a Customer Service Representative for Parcelhero, I usually had consistent shifts. Standard office hours are generally respected. It's a decent spot if you want predictable days in the logistics industry.
Cons: During peak ecommerce delivery times, it gets really tough. You often work over your scheduled hours. The workload can spike quickly, making it hard to maintain work-life balance.
Advice to Management: Managers need to better manage peak season staffing. Support your customer service teams more to prevent burnout during busy periods.
