Pros: The base salary for a Junior Software Engineer here is pretty solid, especially for someone early in their software development career. I found it competitive compared to other tech companies in the Austin, TX area. The 401k match is also decent.
Cons: The health insurance options aren't great; high deductibles are a pain. The dental plan is really basic too. It feels like the benefits package hasn't been updated in a while, so there's not much flexibility for different needs.
