Pros: The biggest perk at Curio Group is definitely the work from home setup. As a Software Engineer, I really appreciate the flexibility; it's great for personal errands. Most weeks I could stick to pretty close to 40 hour weeks.
Cons: Sometimes the deadlines are really tight, which can push work past normal hours. It felt like there wasn't always a clear boundary between work and personal time, even with remote flexibility. Some project managers definitely over-rely on after-hours messaging.
Advice to Management: Management needs to better enforce boundaries for project managers and ensure realistic deadlines. Don't expect your remote employees to be available 24/7 just because they're home.
