Pros: I really enjoyed my immediate team in the San Francisco office; they were solid collaborators. We got to work on some cool features for the online resume builder, which was engaging. There's a decent emphasis on getting products to market.
Cons: Higher leadership often had vague priorities, which made it hard for Product Managers to plan effectively. This lack of clear direction from the top created a lot of confusion and sometimes required rework. It felt like executive leadership was often out of touch with the ground-level work.
Advice to Management: Focus on transparent communication from the top. Give product teams more autonomy and consistent strategic direction to help us build better SaaS products.
