Leadership is Okay, But Needs Consistency
Pros: Working as an Account Manager here means getting to tackle some really cool experiential marketing projects. My direct team in the Chicago office was super supportive, which made daily tasks much easier to handle. It's a solid place for client-facing work.
Cons: The bigger leadership team can be pretty inconsistent with direction, though. It sometimes feels like there's a lack of a clear strategy for growth, which is tough for junior roles. Some decisions felt out of touch with the hybrid work reality.
Advice to Management: Please work on being more consistent across all leadership levels. Clearer paths for career growth and better communication around company strategy would really help everyone, especially those of us balancing hybrid work.

Okay place, decent for event production pros
Pros: The teams are solid. I've met some genuinely great people in the Toronto office, especially in exhibit design. We often collaborate well on event production and experiential marketing projects.
Cons: The company culture can be pretty siloed. It's tough to get things done when different departments don't communicate. Leadership often seems out of touch with day-to-day project realities for a Project Manager.
Advice to Management: Work on improving cross-departmental communication. Listen more to your project managers about on-the-ground issues. A more unified company culture would really help.
