Pros: The team in the Gurugram office is super supportive. That really helps when things get hectic. We had a pretty solid hybrid work model which was great for flexibility during non-peak times. You get decent exposure to the online travel agency operations.
Cons: Work-life balance can really suffer during holiday seasons or big flight disruptions. As a Customer Support Specialist, I often worked over 50 hours a week then. It's tough to plan much when you're always on call for travel issues.
Advice to Management: Focus on better staffing during peak travel seasons to prevent burnout for customer support teams. Implement clear policies for overtime and ensure employees actually take their breaks.

Pros: You learn a lot about the tourism industry and how flight bookings work. It's a solid place if you're just starting your career and need to get experience. The teams in the Gurgaon office are generally pretty supportive.
Cons: Career growth here is really tough. For entry-level Customer Service Representative roles, there isn't a clear path to move up, even if you perform well. You can feel stuck at the same level for a long time.
Advice to Management: Please create more defined career progression paths, especially for customer-facing roles. It would help retain good talent if people saw a future beyond their initial role within the company.

Pros: You get to work on interesting projects within the online travel agency space. My team in the Bengaluru office was pretty solid and supportive. There's definitely potential for learning if you can handle the pace.
Cons: Work-life balance is pretty much non-existent for developers. We're often pulling really long hours, way more than 40-hour weeks. The fast-paced startup environment means constant deadlines and pressure. Forget about a true hybrid model; it's mostly onsite work with expectations to be available off-hours.
Advice to Management: Management really needs to set more realistic expectations for project delivery. Burnout is a huge issue for the development teams. Invest in more resources to ease the workload on existing staff; it's not sustainable.
