Pros: I got good exposure to various financial products within the fintech industry. As a Financial Analyst, I learned a lot about market dynamics in the Chandigarh office. The company does offer opportunities if you actively seek them out for new projects.
Cons: Career progression for onsite roles isn't very clear. You can get stuck in the same position for a long time. There's not much formal mentorship or defined promotion paths, making it tough to move up in this growing fintech company.
Advice to Management: Create clearer pathways for career progression, especially for roles like Financial Analysts. Invest in structured employee development and training programs to help people move up.

Pros: You learn a ton quickly working here, especially if you're new to the fintech industry. The team collaboration is usually pretty solid, and there's always interesting projects in the pipeline.
Cons: Work-life balance as a Software Engineer here is genuinely tough. Expect pretty long days, often more than 10-12 hours, and weekend work isn't uncommon. It's hard to maintain personal commitments with the constant pressure and onsite work expectations in the Mohali office.
Advice to Management: Management really needs to look at resource allocation and workload expectations. Burnout is a real issue, and it impacts team morale and long-term retention. Implement clearer boundaries around working hours.
