Pros: I've learned a ton about privileged access management (PAM) and cybersecurity software here. As a Technical Support Engineer, the initial training was solid. They offer decent tuition reimbursement if you want to further your education.
Cons: It's tough to move up internally, especially for individual contributor roles. There isn't a very clear path for career growth past a certain point. Getting internal transfers, even being fully remote from Arizona, can be a real challenge.
Advice to Management: Create clearer career ladders, especially for individual contributors and remote staff. Invest more in internal mentorship programs.

Pros: I liked my team a lot. Everyone on the development team was really supportive, especially when I was working on new cybersecurity solutions. Being remote from Phoenix, AZ was also a huge plus for my work-life balance. We had good WFH flexibility.
Cons: It felt very corporate sometimes. Decision-making for new features, especially in privileged access management, could take forever. There's not much room for quick innovation, which was tough as a Software Engineer. The overall company culture feels a bit stagnant.
Advice to Management: Try to speed up the decision process for new product development. Give engineering teams more autonomy to innovate within the cybersecurity space.
