Pros: I've learned a ton about privileged access management (PAM) and cybersecurity software here. As a Technical Support Engineer, the initial training was solid. They offer decent tuition reimbursement if you want to further your education.
Cons: It's tough to move up internally, especially for individual contributor roles. There isn't a very clear path for career growth past a certain point. Getting internal transfers, even being fully remote from Arizona, can be a real challenge.
