Pros: I liked my team a lot; everyone's super smart and always willing to help. We got pretty solid remote work options, which was a lifesaver on some projects. The benefits package was also pretty decent for the tech industry.
Cons: The work-life balance here is tough. As a Software Engineer, I was regularly putting in 50-60 hour weeks, especially before major product releases. On-call rotations were really draining, and it felt like there wasn't much protected focus time.
Advice to Management: Management really needs to look at resource allocation and set more realistic project timelines. Engineers are burning out quickly, and it's hurting morale. More protected focus time would help a ton too.
