Great Place for Learning and Kicking Off Your Tech Career
Pros: I've really enjoyed my time here as an Associate Software Engineer. It's fantastic for anyone starting a career in IT consulting. Learning opportunities are great, and senior engineers always mentor. I've worked on various projects, boosting my software development and client interaction skills. The team culture is super supportive, making a huge difference.
Cons: Promotion for junior roles can sometimes feel slow. Also, some internal approval workflows occasionally drag, slightly delaying project timelines and overall velocity.
Advice to Management: Management could look into streamlining some internal approval processes to help projects move faster and consider more frequent career path discussions for junior staff.

Job Security is Pretty Solid for Supply Chain Consulting
Pros: As a Supply Chain Consultant, I felt pretty secure. The company has a good pipeline of clients in the consulting industry, so projects generally keep flowing. This helps keep us busy, especially working remote from Austin, TX.
Cons: Still, it's a consulting firm. Job security depends on project wins and client budgets, which can always change. There aren't many clear growth paths sometimes, so internal movement isn't a given.
Advice to Management: Try to create more defined career ladders for consultants. It would help with retention and internal growth.

Good Team, Remote Perks, but Work-Life Balance Suffers
Pros: I really liked the flexibility of working remote from Dallas. The team culture is pretty solid, and you get to learn a lot about supply chain consulting from experienced folks. It's nice not having a daily commute.
Cons: The work-life balance as an SAP Consultant here is pretty tough, honestly. You're often working 50-60 hour weeks, especially with tight client deadlines during SAP implementation phases. It can feel like your personal time just vanishes.
Advice to Management: Try to manage project scope better to prevent constant crunch times. Acknowledge and reward the long hours put in, and maybe explore staffing models that better support work-life balance for SAP consultants.
