Pros: The teams are usually really collaborative. As a Manufacturing Engineer, I learned a ton about processes in medical device manufacturing. People genuinely try to help each other out, which makes daily tasks easier.
Cons: Work-life balance can be a struggle; many of us are on-site, and there's not much remote flexibility. Management moves slowly on new ideas. The company culture feels a bit stagnant sometimes, especially for a mid-sized company.
Advice to Management: Try to foster a more modern approach to company culture. More work flexibility and faster decision-making would really help with employee morale.
