Pros: Job security is pretty solid here, especially for established engineering roles. As a Software Engineer, I felt secure even during rougher economic times. It's a large corporate company in the payments industry, so there's less volatility than smaller firms.
Cons: Growth can feel slow for individual contributors. You might be pigeonholed if you don't actively seek out new projects. Some teams in the Atlanta office are a bit understaffed, leading to occasional crunch times, which impacts work-life balance.
Advice to Management: Focus on clearer career paths for individual contributors and address staffing gaps in key development areas.

Pros: The hybrid model for Data Analyst roles is a decent start. You get a couple of WFH days a week which helps skip the Dallas, TX traffic. It's a nice perk for focusing on some intense data processing tasks.
Cons: True work flexibility isn't really there. We're mandated to be in the Dallas office specific days, not pick our own. For a big corporate in financial technology, I expected more autonomy on where I work.
Advice to Management: Consider offering more choice for in-office days; true flexibility means trusting employees to manage their schedules effectively for the best output.

Pros: It's a solid first tech job, especially for entry-level software development roles. You learn the basics of financial services technology. Job security in the Atlanta office is pretty good.
Cons: Career growth is super slow for engineers. There aren't many chances to move up or work on exciting new projects. You just do a lot of data processing tasks for ages.
Advice to Management: Focus on clear career paths for technical roles. Offer more challenging projects and skill development programs. This will help keep good engineering talent around.
