Pros: The team on the ground, especially the field crews, are really dedicated. I learned a ton about water damage and fire restoration. As a Project Coordinator, I felt like I was constantly developing new skills.
Cons: The company culture can be pretty high-pressure, leading to burnout for Project Coordinators. Communication feels very top-down sometimes. There's not much flexibility for those of us in the Atlanta office, even when things are slow.
Advice to Management: Listen to your Project Coordinators about workload and process improvements. Invest in better internal communication and tools to help manage the stress of emergency restoration services.
