Cons: The on-call rotation can definitely mess with your work-life balance sometimes, especially with supporting industrial IoT solutions. When things get busy in the Irvine, CA office, expect to put in extra hours. It's not always easy to disconnect.
Advice to Management: Consider reviewing the on-call schedules and workload distribution. Better staffing could really improve the work-life balance for those in support roles. It would help prevent burnout.
