Pros: The remote work flexibility is a big plus; I could WFH effectively. The team culture in mobile app security is pretty collaborative, which makes daily tasks easier. We get good benefits, too.
Cons: Work-life balance can be tough, especially when we're pushing new features. As a Software Engineer, you often put in more than 40-hour weeks before a release. It's a startup, so there's always a lot to do.
Advice to Management: Try to better manage project timelines to prevent consistent crunch periods. This would really help with employee burnout.
