Pros: It's nice that DPL offers hybrid work for Operations Coordinator roles. I get to work from home a few days a week, which really helps with my commute in Chicago, IL. The company uses pretty good tools for remote collaboration.
Cons: But don't expect full remote flexibility. If you're not in a specific office-based role, it's pretty strict about those hybrid days. Sometimes, even with hybrid, a lot of onsite meetings still pop up for those in the logistics industry.
Advice to Management: Consider offering more flexible options for teams that prove they can be productive remotely. Less strict policies on in-office days would really boost morale for Operations teams.

Pros: Pay is decent for a mid-sized tech firm. The team in the Denver office is great, really supportive. Hybrid work flexibility is solid a couple days a week.
Cons: Leadership struggles with clear direction. For engineering roles, it's tough to get project approvals, things move slow. There's a lot of micromanagement from the top.
Advice to Management: Focus on empowering your engineering leads and trust their decisions. Stop micromanaging project timelines for our supply chain tech products.
