Pros: The network you build here is solid, especially in the telecom industry. There's always a new client opportunity if you're good at chasing it down. The Dubai office is pretty modern too, which is a nice perk for the days you're onsite.
Cons: Job security for Account Manager roles can feel a bit shaky with all the constant restructuring and market shifts. It's a global enterprise, so decisions often come from way up, making things unpredictable. Sometimes it feels like you're just waiting for the next change.
