Pros: I really liked the strong remote work setup. My team was super friendly and we collaborated well, which is huge for WFH. They even try to keep us connected with virtual happy hours, good for general company culture in software development.
Cons: It's tough when leadership feels a bit disconnected from us, the individual contributors. Communication from the top sometimes isn't clear enough. Also, I think career growth for engineers could be better defined.
Advice to Management: Work on improving communication transparency from leadership down to the teams. Also, developing clearer career progression frameworks for engineers would be a big plus.
