Technical Recruiter

Okay for Remote IT Staffing, But Watch Security
Pros: I really liked the flexibility of working remote from Dallas, TX. The base pay for Technical Recruiter roles was solid, and there was always a good pipeline of candidates and clients. They made sure we had the right tech for WFH.
Cons: Job security was often a worry, especially with so many contract roles. It felt like my position could change on a dime if client needs shifted. The commission structure for recruiters also changed quite a bit, making it tough to plan ahead.
Advice to Management: Try to provide more stability for internal staff and be clearer about long-term roles. Consistent commission plans would really help people feel more secure.
