Decent place, but salary growth is slow
Pros: EveryMatrix does offer solid health benefits, which is a plus for software engineers here. The initial salary for junior roles in the Bucharest office can be pretty competitive for the local market if you're just starting in iGaming development.
Cons: Salary increases are really slow; it's tough to see your pay grow much after the first year, a common complaint for mid-level roles. The bonus structure isn't very clear, and there aren't many extra perks you'd expect from a mid-sized tech company. Benefits feel pretty standard, nothing stands out for online casino software.
Advice to Management: Focus on more transparent and competitive salary reviews, especially for experienced Software Engineers. A clearer bonus structure and better perks would really help with employee retention in this competitive iGaming market.

Decent job security, but career growth is slow.
Pros: The company is pretty stable, which means job security is decent, especially for core engineering roles. As a Software Developer, I didn't worry much about layoffs. The iGaming sector keeps EveryMatrix busy, so there's always work.
Cons: Career growth can feel slow if you're looking to quickly move up. It's a big, corporate structure, so promotions don't happen fast. Sometimes you feel a bit stuck without clear paths for advancement.
Advice to Management: Work on clearer career progression paths and better recognition programs. It would help retain talent and keep people motivated when they feel stuck.
