Pros: I've really enjoyed my time here as a Software Engineer at Continental in the automotive technology industry. The leadership team is genuinely supportive, always encouraging learning and development. Colleagues are fantastic, making it a truly collaborative hybrid work environment. They offer good work-life balance too, which is important for me. It's a stable, global company with interesting projects.
Cons: Sometimes the career progression feels a bit slow, and the internal approval processes can be a bit bureaucratic. Communication across very large teams could also be smoother at times.
Advice to Management: Focus on streamlining career pathing and internal approval workflows. Improving cross-team communication will also enhance project efficiency.

Pros: The job stability is good, especially for an automotive supplier. We also had a decent hybrid work model which was a huge plus for work-life balance. My immediate team was supportive and collaborative.
Cons: Change happens super slow here; it's a big German corporation. Lots of bureaucracy makes it tough to innovate quickly in embedded systems projects. Sometimes there's a lack of recognition for hard work.
Advice to Management: Try to empower teams more and cut down on red tape. Foster a culture where new ideas, especially for embedded systems, can move faster. Recognize employees more consistently.
