Pros: Working as a Sales Representative in electrical distribution, I've found the team to be solid and supportive. You get consistent 8-5 hours, which is nice for planning your day. The company is pretty stable too.
Cons: The biggest downside is the lack of work flexibility. There's no real option for work from home, even for admin days. It's an onsite expectation in the Houston, TX office, which can be tough when you need to handle personal stuff during business hours. Can't really adjust start/end times much either.
Advice to Management: Consider implementing a hybrid work model or at least offering more flexible hours for Sales Representatives. It would really help with employee morale and retention.
