Pros: As a Recruiter, I liked the hybrid model. Two days in the Philadelphia office, three WFH was pretty solid. It helped with work-life balance for my family.
Cons: Sometimes the workload for talent acquisition was really high. This made the "flexibility" feel less flexible. We also had to use some older tech which was annoying.
Advice to Management: Try to manage project scope better, especially for individual contributors. Updating some of the recruiting tech would also be a huge help.
