Pros: They do offer a solid hybrid work model, which is a huge plus for me. You get some remote flexibility, especially once you've proven yourself in digital marketing roles. The team is collaborative, so you don't feel totally alone managing client campaigns, which helps when things get hectic.
Cons: Being in a fast-paced digital marketing agency, client demands can sometimes make 40-hour weeks a stretch. Expect occasional longer days, especially around big launches for our San Diego clients. It's not always easy to completely disconnect, even with the hybrid setup.
Advice to Management: I think leadership could push back on client demands more effectively. It would really help improve the work-life balance for digital marketing professionals across the board.
