Okay flexibility for hybrid marketing roles
Pros: I liked the hybrid model initially. We get 2 days remote, which is nice for avoiding the Austin, TX traffic. It's good for a health tech company.
Cons: But the 'flexibility' often feels forced. You can't really shift your WFH days if something comes up. For marketing roles, sometimes you need to be onsite more than twice a week for events, which isn't always accounted for.
Advice to Management: Managers should empower teams more to choose WFH days. It'd help a lot with actual flexibility, not just set days.

Leadership at Prosana: Room for Improvement
Pros: Some of the senior tech leads are really solid. As a Software Engineer, I've learned a lot from their technical expertise. We're doing exciting work in health tech, which keeps things interesting, especially for those of us in the hybrid work model.
Cons: Top leadership's vision can feel a bit scattered at times. Strategic changes often come with little warning, which makes long-term planning tough. It's a fast-paced startup, so the leadership team needs to provide more stability for the engineering department.
Advice to Management: Try to clarify the long-term vision and communicate strategic shifts more effectively. Better planning from leadership would help engineering teams manage expectations and avoid burnout.

Pretty Good WFH for Marketing Roles
Pros: I really appreciated the ability to work remote as a Marketing Coordinator. The WFH options were a huge plus for my work-life balance. It's a solid perk in this consumer health industry.
