Pros: The team was generally supportive, and I learned a ton about the logistics industry. Being able to work hybrid from our Atlanta, GA office was a nice perk when I needed it. There's real opportunity for growth if you can handle the pace.
Cons: However, work-life balance was often a struggle. As a Logistics Operations Specialist, the demands in this fast-paced supply chain tech startup meant long hours. It's tough to truly disconnect when you're always solving problems and dealing with tight deadlines.
Advice to Management: Consider hiring more staff for critical operations roles. The current staffing levels often lead to burnout and consistently long hours for the team, especially in our core supply chain functions.

Pros: The hybrid work model is okay. I get a few WFH days, which is a big plus for dealing with Atlanta traffic. It's nice to have some choice in a growing supply chain software company.
Cons: For a Logistics Coordinator, it still feels a bit rigid. There isn't much wiggle room outside the scheduled office days. True work flexibility is often limited, even on WFH days.
Advice to Management: Maybe give teams more autonomy over their hybrid schedule. A little extra flexibility for individual situations would really help engagement.
