Pros: They're pretty good with remote work for IT Consultants like me. I could work from my home in Arlington, VA most days. It's a huge plus for balancing life and work, especially for government contract roles.
Cons: Sometimes, you still have to go into the office for federal projects, which can mess up your schedule. The flexibility isn't always 100%, and sometimes client needs override your WFH plans. Career growth opportunities feel a bit limited.
