Cons: Leadership struggles with vision. Decisions feel arbitrary, impacting project timelines and our agile methodology. There's not much transparency, making it tough for developers to understand the bigger picture.
Advice to Management: Really listen to the teams on the ground, especially those doing the actual software development. More transparency in strategic decisions would help a lot.
