Pros: I've actually had a pretty decent work-life balance here, especially as a Software Engineer. The hybrid model in the Austin, TX office helps a lot. Most weeks are solid 40 hours, sometimes a bit more but not crazy.
Cons: There are definitely crunch times, especially before big releases in software development. Some teams seem to get hit harder than others, so it's not super consistent across the board. You can feel the pressure then.
Advice to Management: Try to standardize the workload and expectations across different software development teams. It would help make the hybrid model even better for everyone.

Pros: The health insurance plan is pretty solid. Getting paid bi-weekly is consistent, which is nice. As a software engineer, the initial base salary for my level wasn't terrible, especially working remote from home.
Cons: Raises are hard to come by. Don't expect much year-to-year. There's no 401k match, which feels like a big miss for a tech company. The annual bonus structure is also super unclear, if it even exists.
Advice to Management: Seriously look into offering a 401k match and clearly define salary bands. Having a transparent annual raise and bonus process would make a huge difference in employee retention.
