Work-Life Balance is Okay, Not Great
Pros: There's good hybrid work flexibility if you're a Digital Marketing Specialist. It's nice to sometimes WFH, which helps with personal stuff. The San Diego office is pretty cool, and my team is supportive.
Cons: But, the actual work-life balance here is tough. You're expected to be 'on' a lot in this digital marketing industry, even after hours. Project deadlines often mean working late, and it can feel like your personal time isn't valued.
Advice to Management: Management should really look into better resource allocation and realistic project timelines. It would help prevent burnout for people in digital marketing roles. Don't just talk about work-life balance; actually implement policies that support it.
