Pros: I've liked the people here, especially on my immediate team. The hybrid work model is a big plus for work-life balance as a Software Engineer. There's a solid amount of autonomy in our software development projects, which is good.
Cons: The company culture can feel a bit fragmented between departments in the Austin, TX office. It's tough to get real recognition for good work outside of your direct manager. Sometimes it feels like there are too many layers of management, which slows things down.
Advice to Management: Try to foster more cross-departmental collaboration and recognize individual contributions more broadly across the company.
