Pros: Working as a Content Specialist here, the base pay is pretty decent for the EdTech industry. The 401k match is solid, and they do offer a remote work stipend, which is nice for people like me remote from Texas.
Cons: Annual raises are usually pretty small, so it's tough to feel like you're truly advancing financially. Healthcare premiums are kinda high, and it's a bummer they don't offer any tuition reimbursement.
Advice to Management: Focus on improving compensation packages and offering more competitive benefits, especially for long-term employees. Higher annual raises and better healthcare options would make a big difference.
